Awaiting Trainings can get promoted by passing trainings.

~~~Hair Dryer~~~
Hair Dryers can get promoted when they meet both of these requirements:
• At the main salon found on the group page, treat customers very well and be supervised doing this by an HR. (Human Resources+)
• When a training is hosted, you need to do only one thing to pass the training: a Makeup Roleplay Test.

Makeup Artists can get promoted when they meet both of these requirements:
• At the main salon found on the group page, treat customers very well and be supervised doing this by an HR. (Human Resources+)
• When a training is hosted, you need to do only one thing to pass the training: a Tan Roleplay Test.

Tan Specialists can get promoted when they meet both of these requirements:
• At the main salon found on the group page, treat customers very well and be supervised doing this by an HR. (Human Resources+)
• When a training is hosted, you need to do only one thing to pass the training: a Hair Styling Roleplay Test.

Assistant Managers are the first MR rank. They now have the ability to help at trainings and interviews. In order to get promoted, they need to help at interviews or trainings and get chosen at the end of the session in MR promotions.

Assistant Trainers now have the ability to help the Trainer out at trainings. In order for Assistant to get promoted, they need to help at interviews or

If you are a Senior Trainer, you are very experienced in training. To get promoted, they need to help at interviews or train at trainings and get chosen at the end of the session in MR promotions.

Vice President is a very important role. This is the first SHR rank. They now have the ability to Host and Co-Host interviews and trainings. To get promoted, they have to be seen doing an excellent job at trainings or interviews by a President+.

To get promoted, Presidents have to be seen doing an excellent job at trainings or interviews by a Salon Coordinator+.

The Salon Coordinator rank is very hard to achieve. You must be seen doing a super excellent job at trainings or interviews by a Developer+.
