Auto lock threads that haven't had activity in 6 months

This is referring to the main site forums. Really old threads that I participated in get resurrected every day when someone decides to post something random on them, which sucks because me circa 2012 makes me now look bad

Nothing constructive ever happens on these threads, and if there were potential for something constructive it still wouldn’t happen because no one is watching those old threads anymore.

they end up in “Last 25 Active Threads” again which is annoying

I’ve had this continually pop up ever since I posted on it in 2013.

I have that same problem with old threads. Half of the threads in my “Last 25 Active Threads” are old forum games that are still going for some reason.

I purposely have abstained from these threads for this exact reason. I definitely agree there is an issue, however what you’re proposing would not resolve them since a lot of these are posted on every couple of days.
