I was scripting when i realized that autocomplete wasn’t working:

I looked in a couple forums but they didn’t have solutions or weren’t clear.
All i know how it happened is that if you leave studio on for a couple of hours without using it, it stops working.
Do you have any scripts with ABSURDLY long lines? That could break autocomplete as well as syntax highlighting (speaking from experience, unsure what your precise issue is though)
hit the \ key. that starts it. this happens for me too. you have to completely stop typing as well. With some experimentation you should be able to figure it out.
I just noticed this after the studio update today. I had a previous version on a different machine to test the difference and just like you, something broke between the last release and the most recent. I was searching the forums to see if anyone else had encountered it, I can produce on a blank base-plate. I’ll put up a bug report for it later tonight.

Since around yesterday autocompletions were COMPLETELY broken for me. No matter script, experience or anything. Just broken. Very annoying to write anything without it.
Disabling “New luau type solver” and restarting studio (as prompted) brought back autocompletions:
