AutoScale issue with ScrollingFrame

Hello! When I am making this UI it looks fine untill I go into different screen sizes which yes I know is normal, so I use a plugin called AutoScale Nighlty to fix this but it causes a problem for me could you help me fix this? PS: Please go all the way to the bottom post for all the details. Thanks.

I am inserting the plugins auto scale thing into all of these frames:

Not familiar with the plugin but you could ask the developer @ZacBytes.

But according to their page you should be able to just click once on the main GUI and it will apply scaling to everything within:
