On April 20th, 2018, the most high-quality and exquisite clothing group was created to strive creativity in the clothing group genre.
Avalon is here to provide the most modernized and innovative work field in the community of ROBLOX. We are brought to you by Vritix and Relaix, together they put full pride into creating and being the best, and enjoyable working environment that the ROBLOX platform has ever seen.
What makes Avalon so important to the community?

- Connecting the community of ROBLOX was one of our biggest motivations in creating Avalon. We hope to host various special and fun events throughout our lifetime to bring together all different types of people in the community.
- Job opportunities.
- Avalon has many jobs for a variety of people to enjoy that require different skill sets and mindsets. Such following jobs are: Customer Service, Barista, Janitor, Re-stocker, and many more in the future. The previous list of jobs gives everyone to find something that they enjoy and feel comfortable in the work environment.
Rank Descriptions
- Customer
- A regular group member. Customers can apply for trainee by attending interviews.
- Premium Customer
- A premium customer has purchased the Avalon Premium Club membership at our games, they are automatically ranked this when they bought it.
- Trainee [LR]
- Trainee(s) are newly hired staff, they can work at the homestore but are limited to the features that they have access too. They can rank up by attending training which are hosted by our MRs and HRs.
- Employee [LR]
- An employee is no longer a trainee and has at least attended and passed one training. They are tasked with helping customer(s) around the store and offering their support.
- Junior Employee [LR]
- An junior employee is a more advanced employee. They are tasked with helping customer(s) around the store and offering their support. They have attended at least two trainings to get to this rank.
- Senior Employee [LR]
- Senior employee(s) are the top notch employees. They have showed their dedication to the company and are usually tasked with helping customer(s) while teaching lower ranked employee(s).
- Designer
- Designer(s) are the designers for the group. They create authentic, original clothing for our customers to enjoy. They are paid on a monthly basis if their monthly quota is completed.
- Supervisor [MR]
- Supervisor are the first MR rank. They are tasked with helping customer(s) as well as keeping LR employee(s) in track in Avalon ® games.
- Associate Supervisor [MR]
- Associate Supervisor assist the General Supervisor in their duties, and can take the place of a Supervisor when one isn’t available.
- General Supervisor [MR]
- A General Supervisor is the middle, middle MR. They are tasked with being in charge of all LRs in Avalon ® games. They are also the main person that LR’s report to if there is an issue, otherwise they report to a Associate Supervisor if the General Supervisor is not present.
- Manager [MR]
- Manager(s) oversee supervisors and report any issues that they find in the work field to an Associate Manager or General Manager.
- Associate Manager [MR]
- Associate Managers assist the General Manager in their duties and can take the place of a General Manager when one isn’t available.
- General Manager [MR]
- A General Manager is the last MR rank. They are tasked with keeping control in the entire selection of Avalon ® games as well as making sure lower ranked employee(s) are on track with their duties. General Manager can assist HR operations and communications when asked too.
- Chief Communications Officer [HR]
- CCO’s are in charge of relations in the group. They are tasked with find allies, ensuring communication between allies while solving disputes, reading alliance applications and hosting various events for our employee(s) to enjoy. They work closely with the President and the Vice President for smooth operations in the company.
- Chief Operations Officer [HR]
- COO’s are in charge of operations in the group. They make sure that interviews and trainings are being hosted on a daily basis while commanding over lower ranked MR’s and LR’s. They report issues to the President and the Vice President.
- Vice President [HR]
- Vice President watches over all MRs and LRs and assists helping the President. They assist in watching over various departments and can be subbed in as the President if the President is currently not available.
- President [HR]
- President watches over all departments and staff to ensure everything is running smoothly, they assist the Vice chairman.
- Vice Chairman [HR]
- Co-overseer of the group, they assist with helping the Chairman.
- Chairman [HR]
- Overseer of the group.

lnterview Info
We always welcome new employee(s) as trainees. However, to ensure that we have the best most professional staff to provide to our customers, we require each new customer interested in getting a job at Avalon to pass a interview.
Interviews are done to get a better feel and understanding of the person we may hire.

Who can host/co-host a interview?
- Supervisor(s) and Associate Supervisor(s) may attend a interviews and can assist / co-host when prompted too. They may not pass anyone until a Associate Manager+ has reviewed the interviews answers.
- General Supervisor(s)+ can host a interview, however any ranks between General Supervisor - Manager must have an Associate Manager present.
Training Info
Trainings are hosted by our wonderful MRs to help lower ranked members become better and more confident about their hobs. Trainees through Junior Employee(s) must attend and pass a training in order to rank up.
Howerver, they can only receive one promotion per day.

Who can host/co-host a training?

Alliance Requirements
(if you do not meet these requirements, your application may be automatically rejected).
- Your group must have an minimum of 500+ non-bot members.
- Your group must have a good reputation, we do not wish to ally with companies with bad reputation that can reflect a negative look on our company.
- Staff within your group must be professional and most importantly, active in the work field.
- Your group must have an discord server with an active relations/communications team so we can ensure proper communications between our two groups.
Alliance Application
(to apply for an alliance, please send the following application to a CCO in Avalon).

Q: How do I join the homestore or the interview complex?
A: Here at Avalon, all of our games are hooked up to a central hub, called Avalon ® Hub. Simply join the hub and click games to get a list of games that we provided at Avalon. If you would like to join our games, simply click on this link or go to the Games tab on our group page.
Q: What exaclty is the Avalon ® Hub?
A: The Avalon ® Hub is a central area where all of our games are linked to. In this game, you can join our various different games, see upcoming events, purchase special game passes and memberships, and even follow your friends to their own servers that they are currently in.
Q: How do I start the process of getting hired at Avalon?
A: You can start the process of getting hired at Avalon by waiting for an interview. All interviews are hosted at our Interview Complex which can be found by joining our hub. If you would like to join the Interview Complex, simply click on this link or go to the Games tab on our group page.
Q: Can I get an HR or MR rank in Avalon?
A: The HR and MR ranks in Avalon are soley earned by those who are very devoted to the group. If you continue to provide quality service and dedication as an employee, you could possibly earn an MR role. Periodically thought, interviews are hosted for Senior Employees to interview for an MR rank.
Q: What is there to do at the homestore?
A: There is plenty of things to do at our homestore. You can get a job and work as an Employee, you can socialize with friends as you get a cup of coffee at our own personal cafe or you can even chow down a meal with your friends at our personal food stand. Various events and special activies are also hosted at the homestore on a regualar basis by our employee(s), make sure you watch out for those!
Q: If there is an issue at any Avalon games, what should I do?
A: If you find someone in one of our games who might be possibly breaking the rules, please type “/report” in the game-chat. Saying this will automatically pop up a form which you can fill out and will be automatically sent to one of our employee(s).
Q: What type of clothing do our Designers make?
A: All of the original clothing we make here at Avalon is professional designed by our dedicated and high-skilled designers. We ensure that all the clothing we output to the community is top notch and liked by all various people in the ROBLOX community.
