Avatar Creator Mismatch When Exporting

The last few days, when I create an avatar with the avatar creator (using a single mesh_geo as usual), the output looks fine

But then when exported to the store, suddenly the bundle has major issues and mismatches on the body (as well as scaling issues, adjusting the RTHRO slider doesn’t shrink the character anymore)

As you can see, the avatar on the market doesn’t align properly on the torso. And when scaling parts aren’t smooth either.

And, again, in studio it looks / tests fine.

Thanks for the report! We’ll follow up when we have an update for you.

You imported the body as an Rthro Slender character (Body Type 100%, Proportions 100%) when the scaling in the marketplace thumbnail uses that of an Rthro Normal character (Body Type 100%, Proportions 0%).

It must be a new default on the avatar setup creator

It looks like the problem was what xyrafrost said. But the avatar setup is placing the ankle rig points in an asymmetric way (which is causing one ankle to fail for being too low on the leg, I’ve tried it on 2 models … and one that previously worked).

So still can’t quite use the tool. But I know they are still working on it, so hopefully it gets sorted out
