UPDATE: The vulnerability itself was resolved a while ago and Roblox has begun removing equipped items from users’ profiles. Mine and my friends’ are gone.

I would like to report that many people’s avatars did not reset, so I doubt that Roblox has begun removing equipped items from users profiles on a large scale.

Can confirm this. I am still seeing on my friend list that there are some users who are still equipping off-sale/limited accessories on their Roblox avatars.

Checking back on this, it seems falsely equipped items have now been removed from all users, including those that were missed. Feel free to confirm. @shadowxd183

Checked and it seems that it has been officially removed. I haven’t seen anyone wearing these accessories, so I suppose we can conclude that the case is over!
