Avatar Editor Page Completely Broken on New React Layout

As of a recent update to the Roblox website’s new React-based layout, the Avatar Editor page (https://www.roblox.com/my/avatar) is entirely broken and inaccessible. When visiting the page, the main content area appears blank, showing only the sidebar and header. Attempting to switch between categories (e.g., Clothing, Accessories, Head & Body) does not resolve the issue. The avatar and item list do not load under any circumstances.

This bug makes it impossible to edit your avatar using the website.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Log in to Roblox.
Observe the blank avatar editor area.
Attempt to switch item categories.
Notice that nothing loads and the page remains broken.

This bug completely blocks all web-based avatar editing, affecting user experience and avatar customization for all affected users.

I’m fascinated with the concepts of Recently worn and Recent acquired but it did break.

I have the same issue. A simple workaround is just using the roblox client for now until the actual issue is fixed

Can confirm on 1.14.5b (Firefox 140.0.4) 64-bit (Zen Browser) on a blank profile (no about:config, no extensions) that this is still reproducable

Can confirm I have the same issue on Safari 18.5

There is so much more customization options on the web though. Probably wouldn’t of thought of using the app because I never do. Thanks

This is still an issue on Opera GX Vers 120.0.5543.85, though the avatar editor seems to work fine in a private window on opera gx, and other browsers. @starhiker13

I am also unable to load in pages for all ugc

@starhiker13 I am not sure if you got tagged in my edited version of my post but this is still an issue for Opera GX Vers 120.0.5543.85, the avatar editor hasnt worked for days, I have done all troubleshooting steps to fix this issue to no avail.

Roblox’s avatar editor doesn’t even look like that. Could you try disabling your extensions and checking again? I’m using the same browser and the page is working perfectly fine for me without any extensions.

(you’re supposed to disable all extensions before reporting any issues anyway, to make sure the problem is actually on Roblox’s end)

As stated in my PREVIOUS reply “I have done all troubleshooting steps to fix this issue to no avail.”, that includes disabling extensions, not sure how your reply offers any sort of assistance.
