Avatar Editor reverts to old layout when opened fast enough

When opening the Avatar Editor immediately after the app launches, the older layout of the Avatar Editor is displayed.

Actual behaviour

Repro steps:

• Open the universal app, and click the Avatar button as soon as you can
• Observe how the older layout displays

Expected behavior

The layout does not change departure on when you click the button
