Problem: I made a UGC item, a Noob Headband. While uploading it as an avatar item, I paid the 750 robux fee. My account got charged the robux. It was taking a while to upload, and was stuck on 95%. I clicked on the “X” of the upload progress ui, and it closed it. Thinking nothing about it, I checked the creator hub to find it empty. My robux were empty too. Support can’t appear to help. Sorry for the lack of videos or images, I wasn’t planning on this bug happening.
Steps:
- Upload a hat accessory to Roblox, as an avatar item.
- Click the “X” while its uploading.
- Oh no! No robux! No item!
Visual Aids:
*THIS IS NOT THE NOOB HEADBAND, ITS A DIFFERENT ONE. As you can see, the Noob Headband is nowhere to be seen. Yes, this is the same group to which I selected the upload to be at. Yes, I checked every other possible owner.

Expected behavior
I expect the upload to continue even after clicking the “X” in the uploading screen while uploading, because by just it being there it makes it seem as if its there just to close the tab, not cancel the upload and take my precious robux.
