Avatar page incapable of loading all clothing and also throws HTTP 400 and 429 errors often

It also happens with Costumes but only when you have exactly 50 of them. When you scroll down all of the costumes dissapear and then it says that you don’t have any costumes.

That is exactly the issue I am having at the current moment

I’m having this issue too. I can get it to work eventually if I click the Classic Shirts button a few times to refresh the list, though no matter how many times I try, it never gets to my earliest clothes.

Same problem here. I have a video showing this.

Bumping this issue. I’ve been experiencing this when generating lists of a user’s entire inventory - it’s appeared roughly 20-30 cursors into the process and has happened for asset types 8 (hat) and 17 (head)

I have found a temporary tedious workaround until roblox gets this fixed. If you have the clothing ID (either by going to your inventory, a group store, or whatever), you can use the API to change your clothing.

https://avatar.roblox.com/v1/avatar/assets/ ID HERE /wear
Place the ID into that part without a space and go to the link. If you’re logged in, it should put the clothing/accessory on for you.

I found this very useful when trying to wear items from the group store that I purchased a long time ago, or trying to wear something on page 8 of my inventory that I can’t get to. I hope this works for you all!

This happens with every type of item I own that has more than a few pages of stuff. I have not seen the end of my inventory, let alone made it half way through, in months and it is becoming ever more more frustrating to customize my avatar. Recently of the past week all my outfits disappear if I scroll at all on the page, making it so I can only wear my first 25 if I don’t scroll.

This is happening to me for about a year or more now. Everything from the app, the mobile app, and the website all cause the inventory to stop loading after some time. It almost makes me not want to buy items knowing that old items will be continually pushed down until I can’t wear them anymore. Very frustrating to work with when trying to create new outfits.

Seems like only 2 of the 3 errors posted here were fixed. Still getting hit hard with the http error 429 causing lots of items to not load and still making it difficult see half my inventory on the website.

Is there any plan to reduce the rate limits (HTTP 429) on the Avatar page? If not, I will mark this as solved.
