Avatar thumbnail image fix released!

Hello everyone!

Today, we’re very pleased to announce an update to the Developer Forum that will fix avatar images being displayed as “N/A” in majority of cases.

Previously when you logged in to the Developer Forum, your Roblox avatar would often fail to render in-time and instead “N/A” would be displayed as your profile picture. This was extremely frustrating and required a lengthy list of steps to resolve every time a new login occurred.

We’re happy that starting today everyone’s avatar should be back on display!

There is still a very small (<5%) chance of your avatar not rendering correctly. If this happens, please follow these 3 very simple steps to resolve the issue occurring.

  • Log out of the Developer Forum
  • Go to your Roblox homepage
  • Log back into the Developer Forum

try to turn it completely off, wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on

Had to follow the steps twice for it to work, but at least it’s fixed now

I’m gonna keep my n/a until it becomes a collector’s item a few years later.

You’ll have to log back into the devforums to update your avatar/username.
