This happens randomly, most commonly between newer created bundles/heads.
Expected behavior
I expect my avatar to not become brighter when I change my skin-tone, equip a bundle, or change my head.

This might be related to this bug. I had this issue in Roblox Studio as well as the game client where parts would appear very bright. It seems to be fixed as I am no longer getting this bug in studio or in game.
I opened up studio and the lighting was not rendering correctly at far distances. At first I thought I had changed a setting in studio and that would be why the rendering was strange, however I found that I did not change any off the settings. I did not have this issue a few hours ago or at all in the past. When I first found this I opened up other studio files and did not have this issue but as of right now I have it everywhere.
This is what happens in studio.

They appear to have fixed the brightness (?) but the artifacts on bundles, etc. still exist.

From what Iβve seen it has not been fixed yet on the avatars - my character still glows in a blue tint on the site. Hopefully this gets properly patched soon.
