Here is the official Code of Conduct for both staff and customers here at Aviesa.

We expect every member of our community to follow these rules and regulations to help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable experience at our café. Failure to follow any of these will result in consequences depending on the severity of your actions. If you believe that you have been accountable for something that was not of your doing, please contact any High Rank.

GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT

Here are general rules that we expect any visitor or rank to be following at Brulee’s facilities.

STAFF CODE OF CONDUCT

Behavior
Staff members are required to be respectful and mature at all times. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude within our facilities and our allies is expected. Gossiping, insulting, trolling, and more are unacceptable and can lead to a warning, demotion, or even a ban.

Grammar
Grammar is not required for any customers or guests visiting our facilities. For any workers, grammar is not mandatory inside of the kitchen and during training sessions only. All MR and HRs are not required to use grammar at all times within Aviesa’s premises.

Dress Code
Within Aviesa, appropriate clothing is expected. Any racist, invisible, inappropriate, offensive, or disturbing outfits are not acceptable. As a worker, having a more professional and positive look is wanted as it will help create a more welcoming and café like experience.

Job Requirements
To work at Aviesa, safechat must be disabled. Having safechat makes it much more difficult to communicate with others as it blocks out many words used. To remove safechat, your account must be older than 13 years. You can change this in settings.

Performance
From all staff, we expect commitment within Aviesa. Professionalism and maturity from every worker is needed. Qualities such as having a strong worth ethic, understandable spelling, dedication, good service, and respect are what we look for. Being active is very important for potential candidates for higher ranks and so we push you to be as active as you can! Please know that making mistakes is completely fine, it is an amazing chance for you to learn and grow from it!

WARNING GUIDE

Here is the official Warning Guide that should be used to determine when a user can be banned.

REMINDERS
Reminders should only be given to anyone that has decided to troll or go against Aviesa’s Code of Conduct. In the case that someone is going against our rules and regulations, you are to issue them one reminder. You can do this by politely asking them to stop.

Here are some examples of when you may issue a reminder:

  • Not ordering from the menu.
  • Bypassing.
  • Yelling and/or abusing capitals.
  • Ordering more than the item limit.
  • Arguing or insulting.

Keep in mind that it is not limited to what is above, and so one reminder should be given before you may ask a Staff Assistant or above to ban.

EXPLOITING AND/OR GLITCHING
In the case that a user has glitched or exploited at any of our facilities, no reminders should be given. You should take a screenshot as evidence and immediately ask for them to be banned. If you are unsure on how to ask, you may walk up to an SA+ in game, or you may message them through Discord or ROBLOX.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact any CSO+.
