Rules
We have a list of rules and guidelines you must follow at all times while interacting with our games and our group.
Please read our rules here.
If you find someone breaking the rules, you should report them to senior staff. See the rule breakers section below.
Code of Conduct
As a staff member at Avon Resorts, you represent our resort, and yourself as a whole. Here, at Avon Resorts, we have the highest expectations and very little space for violations. While working with us, on shift or not, you will respect everyone, whether that is guests, or fellow staff members. You are human, just like everyone else, and everyone deserves the same respect as you. You will also not cause problems in any other servers or businesses by performing the following following: raiding, trolling, exploiting (this is not a full list). We will absolutely do not tolerate rank abusing or staff members leaking information. If you are caught leaking information, you will immediately be demoted from your job and banned from working with us ever again.
Become a Staff Member
- First off, you must join our Roblox group so we are able to change your rank.
- Next, you need to apply in our application centre. You have as many tries as you need. (application link)
- Lastly, you are required to join a training session in the training centre. Read our training schedule here.
Joining our Communications Server
To join our communications server (also known as Dizzy/Discard), you need to follow the next steps. You need to be 13+ to join.
I am under 13 years of age.
Unfortunately, due to your age, you cannot join our communications server. If, at anytime, you wish to contact a senior staff member, you can do so by posting on our group wall. When appropriate, you can also talk to them in game.
I am 13 years of age or over.
Under our Roblox group title, there is a purple and white icon. Press that and you will be prompted to join our communications server.
Once in our communications server, you must link your Roblox account so we know who you are. Do this by saying -verify YOUR_ROBLOX_USERNAME
in our verification channel. There is more information about this process in our communications server.
To report a rule breaker, please open a ticket in #create_a_ticket. You will be put in a private channel with our senior staff representatives.
It is easier to contact our senior staff members in our communications server. For this reason, we advise you join it. If you cannot, we understand that not everyone can.
Rule Breakers
Dealing with Rule Breakers
If a guest or staff member is breaking our rules, as a staff member, you should try to resolve the situation.
If you encounter an exploiter (someone using hacks or abusing bugs/glitches), you must report them immediately to an SHR. You can do so in our communications server, or by posting a report on the group wall.
If you encounter a troller (someone being aggressive), you should give them a maximum of three warnings. Use this format: Warning NUMBER | USERNAME | REASON
(example: “Warning 1 | AvonResorts | Trolling”). Only warn them once per violation. Once the troller has three warnings, contact a HR+. You can do so in our communications server, or by posting a report on the group wall.
If you need to report someone, you should do so via our group wall or communications server.
Reporting on the Group Wall
To report someone via Roblox, head over to our group page and scroll down to where it says “Wall”.
If you are ranked trainee or below, you will be unable to follow these next steps. If you are 13+, you can follow the reporting on our communications server section.
Now you are on our group wall, you should make a post. Here is an example post:
Make sure to start your post with “report” so it can be easily identified. Also, include the player’s username (not display name) and a reason for the report. Our staff will review your report as soon as possible.
