Basically, I decided to make a badge icon for my tiny little horror game project, but the icon got denied without a moderation note or warning.

Any potiential ideas why it was denied by ROBLOX ?

I’m not sure why it got denied, there’s nothing wrong with it. Maybe the face? You could try reuploading it and see if it works.
Eh, I ditched that rendition and went with this one(which got accepted):
If it were due to the face I’d kinda understand, but then the entire game would be content deleted. It’s just strange inconsistent moderation for no apparent reason

Maybe roblox is also limiting decal copyrights now
You used a face that is linked with the April Fools hack on Roblox that took place some years ago.
Roblox doesn’t allow this face to be reuploaded; therefore it was denied.
If they don’t allow it, then they’re doing a pretty bad job at stopping people from uploading it. I can see decals of it from 5 years ago to 2 months ago by simply searching “C: face” in decals. It’s not that I’m unwilling to accept that they don’t allow it, it’s just that they’ve been so inconsistent with moderation regarding it.
