Badges Create Button redirect to a outdated page

The button is redirecting to the old badge creating page which is now redirecting to the home of creator hub.

We will be overhauling Game Settings later this year and as a part of this, we will be removing the Monetization section in Studio and will refer to Creator Hub for those settings.
