The Ballooning Bullseye - Roblox item has an attachment issue. The item uses a RightCollar Attachment despite being on the head. This causes incorrect positioning on the avatar.
Expected behavior
I expect the Ballooning Bullseye - Roblox item to have a Hat Attachment instead of a RightCollar Attachment. If possible, also have proper positioning for the item since it’s off-center on the head.

Although this is a Roblox published Accessory, Target has the creative say behind it. Target has let us know that they’d prefer to have this Accessory as a Shoulder Accessory, so that when equipped on Proportion Normal or Slender Avatars, the Accessory does not scale down too much.
