These ads typically have some type of clause that ends up making them false, such as requiring to do something that is typically hard or requires a lot of work, or requires buying some type of game pass or shirt. I have seen these mentioned in ads for role play groups and fashion groups, but I am not sure any of them are honest. Maybe we should ban them?
Ban ads that mention giving Robux (guarenteed or not)
Does your friend at all use this as a massive point in ads, compared to something like the clothes sold or the community? (I am assuming that your friend advertises)
If you’d like to be a model who gets bossed around by a high schooler and has to do a collective 10 hours of standing around every week for 500 robux, u do u fam
These should be blocked by the image moderators before they get on the site, rather than needing to be reported after the fact.
Of course, there’ll be ads that got through before the clickbait policy changes, but it seems like there have been lots of recently uploaded ads that got through moderation without a hitch.
I’d rather ROBLOX focus on a new update to the physics engine, rehaul the groups, redo the forums, fix filters or any other meaningful update before they try to patch the inevitable. It isn’t that this wouldn’t be appreciated, it is that ROBLOX is far over their current moderation capacity.
