Ban Users for Unpublic Starter place it's good Idea?

I seem to have noticed that Roblox has started banning for unpublished Start Place and I would like to talk to you about it. To me it is stupid to ban for Unpublished Place and I think it will lead to a lot of newbies getting banned because they don’t know how to publish a place

There is no universe where roblox bans people for not publishing their starter place, along with that, isnt the starter place automatically published for all users?

Please provide more details! Such as a source for these bans, and any other information regarding this cause this just seems wild lol.

yes i had 12 account delete because start place unpublic it took me long to figure out you need start place public

I believe they are referring to this post which got quite popular on twitter for being moderated for publishing a baseplate
