So what happened is my account got wrongly accused of using exploits, or as they said, “using modified client that has security and/or player harm risks”. I was infact using no other programs except for Roblox client itself, and even though I was playing Natural Disaster Survival, where there were around 5 other exploiters that were playing for 2 hours straight and not getting banned, the one who received the ban was ME?
The main problem is I have an important development work that I need to have finished until 18th, which is basically in 3 days, and if I would even actually get banned correctly for using exploits (even though I didn’t), I don’t have any access neither to Create Hub nor to Roblox Studio itself, although they are not connected to using exploits at all, so if I don’t get unbanned, I will go ahead of my deadline and basically fail the whole project., and even if I get unbanned, I doubt it will be soon and I might just not have enough time to fininsh my work by the required date. (In my appeal I also asked them to actually give any proof of me exploiting.)
This is what I explained in short in my appeal that I sent to Roblox Support with the topic being “I was wrongly moderated for my behavior or the behavior of an alternate account”, and I was surprised to get a reply extremely quickly. But would it be helpful for me? Not at all! All I got is an AI responce saying “Your account status is in connection to Roblox’s anti-cheat detections and we cannot remove the current action on your account”.
Now this simply sounds like if my school grade was lowered by an angry teacher and the principal would say “nothing I can do, this is your problem”, which doesn’t sound that great at all. If before Roblox used to have actual support team with sentient people that would have a conversation with you to help the problem, now they are replaced completely with AI. Oh it’s innovative? Well it doesn’t seem so if I got this kind of responce. I tried to make a reply asking to connect me to actual support team, but I got an automatic email saying that they no longer accept email replies suggesting me to instead make another support message.
So I did make another support message explaining the situation in even more brief words (as you cannot type more than 500 characters of text in support messages for some reason) adding that I already tried messaging them and that I got an AI responce with no actual help of my problem, and well guess what I got? Another unhelpful AI responce.
I understand Roblox uses automated systems to detect recoded clients, but false positives can and do happen as shown in this situation. However using AI powered support replacing people completely both looks and sounds like the worst idea that Roblox could think of. I am requesting a manual review of my moderation action, and ideally an expedited reversal due to the impact on my development work. I am free to provide any info needed to help resolve this. Hope Roblox notices this.

TL;DR
Roblox banned me for 7 days for exploiting, which is incorrect, and at that point I was playing NDS on the same server as 5 actual exploiters. I have an important development task that has to be finished due 18th, which would be impossible because of ban duration. After making a support message, I got an instant reply, which was an AI responce saying I can’t do anything about it as I got automatically banned by anticheat system. Replies didn’t work as I got a warning that email replies no longer work on Roblox’s support email. I’m out of options on what to do.
