Hello, i don’t know if this is the correct category to post this in, forgive me if it isn’t, but i’ve just found out i’m banned for seemingly no reason.
Yeah, I noticed the number of people getting banned for that reason has increased recently on Reddit, and it often occurs when Roblox picks up your avatar as sexual, but I don’t think I’ve seen successful appeals regarding this one.
They said this was detected by AI, and we all know how horrible AI is, so
your account is likely to be unbanned when appealed.
But if they denied it, then at least it was a temporary ban and not a termination.
Sorry if I couldn’t be more of a help to you with this one. It’s kinda difficult to deal with these types of bans, especially when there are no exact reasons given.
Wow, really? Strange. My avatar doesn’t have anything even remotely sexual in it. Anyways, yeah i sent an appeal. Hopefully they’ll accept it. Thanks for your help tho. Just Roblox moderation being horrible as usual.

It got rejected, but they told me that apparently i got banned for sending messages with “sexual content”, i don’t know what messages they are talking about because they didn’t tell me what they are.
Then just accept that. There’s nothing you can do actually.
As a tip, never ever talk in the chat, unless it’s something essential.
Thanks, i guess. I’ll just accept it, but they could’ve at least shown me what the bad messages i sent are, so i don’t do this again in the future, if i even did something bad in the first place.
was the 3 day ban the first one or was there a 1 day ban before that? if so what was the reason?
It was the first one, it appeared out of nowhere.
If it was a avatar reset or a specific item that it should show up here (Log in to Roblox)
Those violations do not show up on the ban note sometimes

They sometimes not do that unfortunately, especially with ‘inappropriate content’ bans.
This is also very common with Child Endangerment terminations. The moderator note is just blank and the reason isn’t given. When you contact them, they’ll just say Your account was terminated for sending messages for violating our Community Standards: Child Endangerment.
And when you ask them to view the messages you sent that violated the Community Standards, they say We’re sorry but we’re unable to help you with this inquiry.
Roblox’s customer support is the worst one I’ve ever seen.
It couldn’t have been my avatar, because in the appeal they said i sent “inappropriate messages”
You can also ask what message have gotten you banned at the ticket
I have seen support agents give that kind of info
Agreed, this is absolutely outrageous. The communication is very bad and weak, it’s just annoying.
I’ll try that, but i’m sure that they’ll say “we can’t help you” or something like that, just like @DeVague_RBLX told me.
Actually i did saw alot of tickets where support agents respond with “The message that have gotten your account moderated inside experience (Chat) was: …”
