Me and several other creators are having issues with submitting avatars. Upon attempting to upload a character that is trying to meet the set guides, if an offence is flagged for example ‘Sexual Content’ the creator is banned on the spot even when they are clearly trying to follow the guides and create an appropriate avatar. This is sometimes due to a modesty layer being too low or incorrectly placed on the wrong part and these are often/always unintentional and could be corrected ‘if allowed’.
Myself and many others strongly believe agaisnt this as this does not allow creators to correct or understand the issues with their character. It also creates a fear for uploading and many of us have put a hold on uploading until an answer or resolution has been reached.
The creation of characters is already difficult, and we are often in the dark when it comes to solving a rejection. Adding on the time and fear of a ban is too much, waiting 1 - 3 - 7 days to fix something is not worth it and we even risk losing our accounts or removal from UGC.

Expected behavior
I expect a rejection with information attaining to the rejection, allowing the creator to then correct the problem saw by moderation. To not be banned which stops and halts all resolution and uploading for the duration of the ban and even further.
If obvious misuse or continuous abuse of the system is saw then the rejected asset can be reviewed and bans can be moderated by a person.
I’ve also experienced 1 and 3 day bans after my bundles were rejected by moderation. I would really like to upload more avatar bundles but can’t justify the risk to my account because of these bans. There’s been a noticeable decrease in newly released bundles recently and I’m sure this change is the reason.
Hopefully this is just an accidental oversight, as it is honestly a change that doesn’t make any sense. Roblox put in a lot of work to get the systems ready that allow creators to make UGC Bundles, and this part of the marketplace has now been completely stifled by this change.
Any news on this, creators are still getting banned continously. This is really hindering and making people lose out on potential earnings and interest
This has caused problems with all my ad schedules and upload schedules. And also, is this truly an image that will be censored as sexuality content? This is just a color map of my face and it’s censored for no reason. I hope Roblox will reactivate my account as soon as possible.
I just got banned AGAIN, this has been going on for months now, please can we get a fix for this. I uploaded a bundle yesterday, noticed some small issues, fixed them and reuploaded today. The modesty layer was not changed, and even though the bundle was accepted yesterday it was rejected today?? Getting banned for this is ridiculous, please respond Roblox.
