Adorations, Banyu community! I would like to introduce you all to this amazing restaurant located in Tokyo, Japan. We serve the best Hibachi in Tokyo so why not give Banyu a try? This restaurant is vibrant, welcoming, and a great community to share with others. We have multiple friendly staff members to help Banyu become the Hibachi restaurant we inspire to be! Banyu provides others with an amazing experience upon joining Banyu’s community! We strive to be a safe and loving community, which is why we have rules to ensure Banyu’s community is safe. The Banyu Leadership Team is working effortlessly on making sure Banyu does not disappoint during release!

Code of Conduct

At Banyu, we are focused on making a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players and staff members in our community. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their experience to the fullest, we have established this code of conduct.

Respect and Inclusivity:

  • Treat all players and staff members with respect, kindness, and fairness. Embrace diversity and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their background, race, gender, or beliefs.

Positive Communication:

  • Use appropriate language and refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in any form of communication. Avoid spamming, trolling, or engaging in any form of harassment or bullying.

Honesty and Integrity:

  • Be honest and transparent in your interactions with others. Do not engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting any glitches or loopholes in the game.

Safety and Security:

  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the management members or executives. Do not share personal information or engage in any activities that may compromise your safety or the safety of others.

Rules and Regulations:

  • Follow the rules and guidelines set by the game platform and the restaurant management. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and do not engage in any form of plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material.


  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to help improve the restaurant experience. Avoid spreading negativity or engaging in public arguments or conflicts.


  • Remember that the primary goal is to have fun and enjoy the game. Encourage a positive and friendly atmosphere where players can relax and have a great time.

Rank Information


  • The Visitor rank is given to all players who join Banyu. As a Visitor, you have access to the restaurant and can enjoy the dining experience.

Admired Visitor:

  • The Admired Visitor rank is given to players who have shown positive behavior and actively contribute to the community. Admired Visitors are recognized for their friendly and respectful interactions with others.


  • The Contributor rank is given to players who consistently contribute to the growth and improvement of Banyu. They actively participate in events, provide valuable feedback, and help create a positive atmosphere within the community.

Affiliate Representative:

  • The Affiliate Representative rank is given to players who represent Banyu in external partnerships or collaborations. They act as ambassadors for the restaurant and help establish connections with other communities.


  • The Trainee rank is the starting point for staff members. Trainees are new recruits who are undergoing training to learn the ropes of their assigned roles. They work closely with experienced staff members to gain knowledge and skills.

Junior Staff:

  • Junior Staff members have completed their training and are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Banyu. They assist in various tasks, such as serving customers and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Senior Staff:

  • Senior Staff members have demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in their roles. They take on additional responsibilities, provide guidance to Junior Staff, and help maintain the overall efficiency of the restaurant.

Kitchen Leader:

  • Kitchen Leader members are experienced leaders within Banyu Low-Rank team. These people have the opportunity to become apart of the management team with dedication to their job and work performance.

Hibachi Assistant:

  • Hibachi Assistants are newly hired management members. They assist in tasks such as assisting training sessions and supervising the restaurant. They work closely with the management team to maintain efficiency and contribute to the overall success of Banyu.


  • Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of Banyu. They oversee various aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and maintaining the restaurant’s standards.

Assistant Manager:

  • Assistant Managers work closely with the General Manager to oversee the overall operations of Banyu. They assist in staff management, customer service, and maintaining the restaurant’s standards.

General Manager:

  • The General Manager are high-leveled management members. They have benefited the management team long enough with their long-term work ethic. These members have been directed with an internship to the executive team.

Executive Assistant:

  • The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the management team. They handle scheduling, correspondence, and assist in various managerial tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Executive Officer:

  • Executive Officers are high-level executives who play a crucial role in decision-making and strategic planning for Banyu. They work closely with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success.

Executive Director:

  • The Executive Director is a key leader who oversees the overall direction and vision of Banyu. They collaborate with the management team to set goals, develop strategies, and ensure the restaurant’s long-term growth.


  • Developers are skilled individuals who contribute to the technical aspects of Banyu. They create and maintain the virtual restaurant experience, ensuring a smooth and immersive gameplay environment.

Vice President:

  • The Vice President is a senior executive who works closely with the President and Co Owner. They provide strategic guidance, oversee operations, and contribute to the overall success of Banyu.


  • The President is a top-level executive who leads the strategic direction and decision-making for Banyu. They work closely with the Co Owner and other executives to ensure the restaurant’s growth and success.

  • The Co Owner is a partner in the ownership of Banyu. They collaborate with the President and other executives to make key decisions, drive innovation, and ensure the restaurant’s long-term success.

  • The Owner is the ultimate authority and visionary behind Banyu. They have full ownership and responsibility for the restaurant’s success, overseeing all aspects of operations, and setting the overall direction.

Training Schedule

All training sessions run in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and through Mon-Sunday. It is recommended to join the session 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure you receive a spot. This allows participants to settle in and prepare before the session begins.

Affiliate Information

Alliance Requirements:

  • To be eligible to apply for a partnership, your group must ensure that it meets all the requirements listed below.

→ Server Member Count: Your group must meet the minimum requirement of having at least 65 members in the communications server.

→ Roblox Member Count: Your group must meet the minimum requirement of having at least 80 members in the Roblox group.

→ Server & Roblox Activity: We don’t require your group to have a Roblox game, but we do require you to have an active communications server. Your server must maintain activity.

Alliance Conditions:

  • Before an alliance can be established, it is imperative that you agree to the following conditions. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with the partnership.

→ Events: Your group will host events with Banyu. Banyu will host events with your group.

→ Partnership: Both your group and Banyu are expected to support each other and maintain open communication when addressing conflicts.

Alliance Application:

  • The questions outlined below are specifically for the affiliate application for groups that currently meet our requirements. Kindly fill out the questions below and submit them in a Google Document to a member of the Relations Department. You can expect to receive your results within 48 hours of submission. Thank you for your cooperation.

→ Question 1: What specific benefits do you believe your group can offer to our alliance?

→ Question 2: What concrete steps will be taken to strengthen the alliance and ensure its sustainability?

→ Question 3: How will the success of the alliance be measured and evaluated over time?

→ Question 4: How will decision-making processes be handled within the alliance structure?

→ Question 5: Are there any limitations or restrictions that your group has in terms of entering into an alliance?

→ Question 6: Please share with us the usernames of all team members working in the Communications/Public Relations department within your group. Additionally, kindly identify the individuals who will serve as representatives for your team, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 members.
