Basics of a tycoon

Hey devs, I plan on making a tycoon style game, what are the necessary parts that make a tycoon?

A basic understanding of coding,
Being able to model decently well,
Good at making UI, SFX, etc.

It’s mostly usage of Touched events, most of modern tycoons are getting developed in OOP (Object oriented programming), OOP is optional and should be used only if you understand it. Create base mechanics such as dropper, drop collect, cash collector, ownership and you will just need the models/map done.
