How do I know I’ve been banned?
- When you try to join the game, you’re immediately disconnected.
- Your ban reason is shown in a grey box in the middle of the screen.
Who can get unbanned?
You can easily get unbanned if:
- You’ve only been banned once.
- You weren’t banned for cheating or exploiting.
- This is a special ban - you will need to talk to us if you have used cheats or exploiting programs. See below.
How do I get unbanned?
If you are truly sorry for what you did, getting unbanned is easy.
Note: There are almost never “false bans” / “wrong bans”, we keep logs of everything and we have tools to see what people have done. Trying to lie will make things worse.
To get unbanned, you need to write an appeal.
An appeal is a paragraph that strictly explains 3 important things:
- What you did wrong.
- Why it was wrong.
- How you won’t do it again.
If you are missing even one part, we will not accept your appeal.
If you use tools that write your appeal for you, we will immediately ban you from the Discord server, you will be unable to appeal either your game ban, or the Discord ban. Using an online translator is fine.
You will need to send your appeal to moderators in the game’s community Discord server, linked to in the Social links below the game. Unfortunately we cannot handle the volume of these if they are posted to the group wall, PMed to me, or sent on Twitter, and we will not handle them in these other places. We will only process appeals sent through our Discord server.

Why do I need to do this?
You are apologizing to us for breaking the rules.
By writing an appeal that answers the above 3 things, you’re trying to show us that we can trust you.
- Telling us what you did wrong shows us that you’re not lying.
- Explaining why what you did was wrong shows us that you understand why you were banned.
- Explaining how you won’t do it again shows us that you’ve thought about how to avoid making another mistake.
My ban is special and I need to talk to someone
Examples of special bans:
- I was banned for cheating or using exploiting programs.
- I think my ban is incorrect.
- I don’t remember why I was banned and the game doesn’t show me my ban reason.
