Head of House Promotions - Head of House’s are eligible to obtain the rank of Staff Assistant. You must have been your rank for at least a week, you must be in the Discord server, and you cannot possess safechat. If a Supervisor+ notices your hard work and dedication, they may choose to recommend you. However, please note that hinting in any way will significantly decrease your chances of obtaining Staff Assistant. This includes saying things such as, “I’ve been working for 5 hours a day, I should be promoted by now.”

Note: All Roblox TOS must be followed while on Bean House games, as well as any other game.

Rank Descriptions & Limits

All Information About Bean House Ranks

Communal Ranks

Customer [∞] - Customers are guests who visit the cafe. They order from the vast menu available and immerse in the wonderful experience Bean House has created for them. Customers are welcome to apply and join the staff team.

Prominent Customer [∞] - Prominent Customers are like Customers, however, they are treated more respected within the Bean House community. Generally, they are former high-ranking members in Bean House or are other notable members of the community.

House Representative [∞] - A House Representative is a representative from one of Bean House’s affiliates who representing a group, and is nor a staff member or a regular customer.

Staff Team (Low Ranks)

House Trainee [∞] - House Trainees are not official members of the staff team. They are expected to attend a training session and pass to be promoted to the next rank.

House Junior [∞] - House Juniors are the first rank of the staff team. They serve customers, and assist others in the cafe when needed. They are expected to attend a training session and pass to be promoted to the next rank.

House Barista [∞] - Similar to House Juniors, House Baristas are more experienced in their position, serving customers, and assisting others in the cafe when needed. They are expected to attend a training session and pass to be promoted to the next rank.

Head of House [∞] - Head of Houses are the final LR. They are highly experienced in their position, and their duties are similar to House Juniors and House Baristas. Head of Houses are eligible for the first MR, Staff Assistant, given that all requirements are met.

Management Team (Middle Rank)

Staff Assistant [50] - Staff Assistants are the lowest MR rank. Staff Assistants assist at training sessions, and supervise the cafe. They are also expected to assist LRs when needed.

Supervisor [40] - Supervisors and Staff Assistants share similar tasks, but Supervisors may also Co-Host training sessions. Supervisors and above are able to recommend Head of Houses they deem worthy of the position of Staff Assistant.

Assistant Manager [30] - Similar to Supervisors, Assistant Managers assist and Co-Host at training sessions, and may supervise the cafe.

Manager [20] - Managers can assist, Co-Host and Host at training sessions. Additionally, they are expected to supervise the cafe.

Corporate Team (High Rank)

Corporate Assistant [4 per department] - Corporate Assistant is the first HR rank. Their duties revolve around assisting the department which they are assigned to.

Public Relations Officer [2 per department] - Public Relations Officers have similar duties to Corporate Assistants. Although, they are much more experienced, and may be delegated more department work.

Human Resources Officer [2 per department] - Human Resources Officers have similar tasks to the previous Corporate ranks. As experienced members of their department, they assist within their department where possible.

Leadership Team (Super Rank)

Chief Executive Officer [1 per department] - Chief Executive Officer is the first role of the Leadership Team. Chief Executive Officers act as the Head of their assigned department. Their duties revolved around overseeing and managing the executives in their department, and thus the department itself.

Vice President [2] - The Vice Presidents role is similar to the Chief Executive Officers role. Their job involves overseeing the group, ensuring all is going well. The President also acts as an overseer for both two departments.

Senior Leadership Team (Super High Rank)

Senior Vice President [2] - Senior Vice Presidents are the second-highest rank in the group. Their job is to oversee the entire group, including department work, management work, etc. Additionally, they oversee all subordinate ranks, and help to maintain a smooth running of the group. The Senior Vice Presidents works closely with the President.

President [1] - The President as the owner of the group, is the highest rank. Similar to the Senior Vice President, the President acts as the head overseer of the entire group. The President is responsible for major changes in the group, and ensures all is going well.

Affiliate Guidelines

Here at Bean House, we appreciate everyone’s group on ROBLOX. With that being said, we are open to forming affiliations with groups. We encourage anyone who is interested to review the requirements before sending an application. Please make sure to create your application on a Google Document. Once you’ve completed your application, please submit it to a member of the Public Relations Department.

Your application will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. If you haven’t received an update on your application after the given amount of time, you may contact a member of the Public Relations Department regarding your status. If you have any inquires about affiliates, do not hesitate to contact a member from the Public Relations Department.

Group Requirements:

Your group must have a Discord server.
Your group must be a roleplay group such as a cafe, restaurant, school, hospital, salon, hotel, etc.
Your group must be a professional, well-rounded group.
*Your group must be willing to host events with our group and stay active within our community.
Your group must have at least 2,500 members.

Appeal Information

How to Appeal if You Were Banned/Blacklisted

If you were permanently banned from any Bean House premises, or blacklisted from a staff position, you are welcome to appeal. However, please note that violating the rules after being unbanned/removed from the blacklist may result in a reversal of the decision. A second appeal will be rejected. Keep in mind that the review of your appeal can take up to a week or so before a final decision is made.

If you wish to appeal, fill out the following application and forward it to a member of the Human Resources Department.

Roblox username:
Where were you banned from and/or what staff position are you blacklisted from?
If you are aware of who banned/blacklisted you, please provide their username.
Why were you banned? Give all appropriate details, and failure to be truthful will result in a decline of your appeal.
Why should we accept your appeal?
If your appeal is accepted, will you agree to follow all set rules in regulations? Keep in mind that failure to do so will result in a reversal of the decision, and a second appeal will be turned down.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I call an MR/HR?
It’s recommended that you use Discord to call an MR/HR. It’s the most efficient and quickest way to get a response. The link to the Discord server is located on the front page of this Handbook. Alternatively, you can use the Group Wall, however, this way is less effective than using the Discord.

Do I need grammar?
It is mandatory for all staff members to utilise grammar. Continuous failure to utilise proper grammar as a staff member will lead to a demotion. If you are not part of the staff team, then you do not need to use grammar.

I passed a training session but wasn’t ranked, what do I do?
It’s more than likely that you failed the training session. However, in the unlikely case that you weren’t ranked, it’s advised that you speak to your Trainer or Host.

How can I ally with Bean House?
Refer to the ‘Alliance Guidelines’ information located above in this Handbook.

How can I stay updated with the group and its development?
We advise that you join our Discord server. It has all the information about where Bean House is heading, and where we’re at now. The link is located on the first page of this Handbook.
