If you would like to Ally with Beans & Co, then you will need to join our public communications server and complete the application located in information. Here are the requirements to Ally.
- You must have a professional group.
- Must have a Discord group.
- You must have at least two people willing in your group willing to represent the group. (Discord and Roblox)
- The group must have at least 50 members.
- The group must have a good reputation in the ROBLOX community.
- The group must be active and in Development or have a released game.

Rank Information
- 1 Customer - Customers who are served by our staff. Go to the application centre to work here.
- 2 Suspended - This is for middle rank +, that have broken the rules set by Beans & Co.
- 3 Noted Customer - Reputable customers who are dear to the Beans & Co Community.
- 4 Business Partner - Allied Representatives from allied groups of Beans & Co.
- 5 Trainee - Trainees cannot work until you attend a trainings session.
- 6 Cashier - This rank is a lower rank and can serve guests and take their order via the ordering system.
- 7 Junior Barista - This rank, you can make the customers order and then deliver the order to the collection point.
- 8 Senior Barista - This rank you have to be promoted by a Senior High rank. You will be a Middle Rank and will get the Mod admin commands. Your job is to oversee the kitchen and assist with orders.
- 9 Head Cashier - At this rank, it is your job to supervise the cashier and support them if they have any questions. You will receive Mod admin commands. You can also assist with taking orders if needed.
- 10 Head Barista - This rank, it is your job is to supervise the collection points and make sure that people are delivering the drinks in a nice manner and also supervise the kitchen, if the kitchen require more staff then you are able to assist. You will get Mod Commands. This includes; view and kick commands.
- 11 Intern - At this rank you are able to supervise the cafe in both the kitchen and the cashiers, you may also go out and help any customers that may need assistance. You will also receive a detain tool, you may only use this if a troller is running away or someone is glitching / Exploiting. If you abuse this it will be a suspension. You will get Mod Commands.
- 12 Supervisor - At this rank you are able to supervise the cafe in both the kitchen and the cashiers, you may also go out and help any customers that may need assistance. You will also receive a detain tool, you may only use this if a troller is running away or someone is glitching / Exploiting. If you abuse this it will be a suspension. You will get Mod Commands.
- 13 Assistant Manager - At this rank you are able to co - host training sessions and train at training sessions (For both of the roles guides are mandatory, please join our communications server for more information). When in the cafe you will supervise the lower ranked staff and answer any questions they might have. You will also get the detain tool for trollers running away or someone is glitching / Exploiting. If you abuse this it will be a suspension. You will receive admin commands. This includes things like; ban, kick and warn commands.

- 16 Executive - At this rank you will get the ability to rank within the group. You will also be able to rank trainees at the training sessions. Also you are able to host shifts down at the Cafe and with permission from a President +, you can promote a user. However, you will only get 3 promotions allowed a week. All suspensions, demotions and promotions have to be approved by President + and logged in the SHR communication server. There is an exception to this, Trainees and cashiers don’t need permission to be demoted. You will receive admin commands and the detain tool. At this rank, you are required to join the communications server, failure to do so will result in demotions.
- 17 Vice - President - This rank is not for sale and is earnt by activity and recognition from the Corporate team. At this rank, you are able to supervise all LR’s, MR’s and HR’s. You will get the Super-Admin commands, you are able to Pban users for different reasons. You will also have the opportunity to join a department ran by a President and overseen by the Senior Corporate team.
- 18 President - A president is for the minority of people that the Senior Corporate team thinks deserve the position, at this rank, you will be able to grant permission to demote, suspend and promote users. You will be head of a department and be able to manage the communications server from a day to day basis.
- 19 Development Team - Developers of Beans & Co assets.
- 20 Co - Founder - Co-Owner of Beans & Co.
- 21 Founder - Owner of Beans & Co.
Disclaimer - Please note that if you break Beans & Co’s staff policy or break Roblox’s Terms Of service, depending how serious and what the user did, Beans & Co holds the right to demote or suspend the user from their activities at Beans & Co.
Staff Expectations
Grammar - This applies to every staff member that works here at Beans & Co. At any related facilities, you must use grammar. This, in turn, show us that you’re professional. This includes allied visits.
Activity - To keep our Cafe alive and running, our staff are key are to an active group. We encourage you to join us at the hotel and serve our customers. [MR+] Please note, that every 4 weeks, there will be a reform of staff members. This means that, if the Human resources department deem you as inactive, you will be demoted and you will have to appeal via our Communications server. This mat not be accepted.
Uniforms - As a staff member, you help represent Beans & Co Cafe while being at the Cafe and serving. So, we expect you’re dressed nicely wearing the correct uniform. There is not a certain package you must wear, such as 1.0. However, if you’re at the cafe and your uniform doesn’t show because of your selected package, you will be asked to change. Failure to do so will result in a demotion.
Attitude, Behaviour & Respect - While being at the hotel and serving others, you represent Beans & Co. Rudeness is not tolerated and you must be respectful at all times even if you don’t necessarily agree or like the specified person. You also must have a good attitude towards others and put others into consideration.
TOS - You may not online date other staff members, this is against ROBLOX’s TOS (Terms of Service). If we find any staff members secretly or publicly online dating, you will be Pbanned from the game and will have to appeal to get unpbanned.
Hinting - Do not hint as a staff member. This will greatly bruise your chances of receiving a promotion as it will be reported with evidence. Minorly hinting will lead to a warning, and if it’s continued, you may face a greater consequence, such as a demotion or MR blacklist.
Abusing - If you happen to abuse your powers/admin (depending on the severity), you will be given a suspension. If you are caught doing this again, you will be terminated from your position and a probable blacklist will follow. No warnings, nothing.
Common Sense - Not every rule is listed above, there’s simply no need to do something if you know it will have a negative consequence or outcome.
