Why would you want to delete presets? Their only there to help.
A better preset management system is on my to-do list.

I have a couple of suggestions which are:
Being able to create different road markings that are used.seen in different countries i.e. Great Britain.
Road templates including highways, bridges, roundabouts and roads with medians.

suggestion: add a way to place an entire intersection that you can set up in the plugin window and add sidewalks too.
Great Britain is an island, not a country, but this would be useful.

I found a bug. It completely messes up my Preview tab:
They all have some weird ‘color’ property, even though they shouldn’t.
Please fix this. Other than that, it’s a cool plugin.
EDIT: I closed the file and re-opened it, and it was normal. Other than this, it’s a really good plugin!
I’d rate it a 9/10 (because of the weird file bug)

I have noticed that if the second node is more than 45 degrees away from the first while still facing the same direction the lanes tend to narrow.
This can usually be fixed on the user side by just adding in another node in the middle where the arrow is pointing.

This would be really cool for driving type games. But, this is an amazing plugin. 
So I was using the plugin and found another error, For some reason on this section when I am making it go from 4 lanes to 6 lanes the line I set to be invisible isn’t wanting to be invisible. I have tried redoing the road all together and everything. I do not see any Errors in the dev console either. The only fix is to manually delete the lines but when you re render everything it comes back again.
