Alliance Information
Thank you for your interest in forming a partnership with beautique! To ensure a successful collaboration, please review our expectations below. Follow the process outlined to see how you can partner with us.
Requirements
To be considered for a partnership with beautique, your group must meet all of the following criteria. We do not accept exceptions.
- Must obtain at least 20,000 group members.
- Must obtain at least 1,000 Discord members.
- Must uphold a positive reputation within the industry
- Your establishment should fall within the genre of fashion, cafe or restaurant groups. Fan groups, airplane and military groups are not eligible.
- Selling administrative ranks within your establishment is not allowed.
- You must provide three representatives who actively communicate with our Relations Department.
The Process
- If you’re interested in a partnership, contact a Relations Department member and submit a document with your answers to the questions listed under “Application.”
- The Relations Department will review your group to ensure all requirements are met.
Application
- List your establishment’s name and links.
- Provide a brief description of your establishment.
- Please list two establishment representatives we can contact if needed.
Conclusion
After submitting your application, our Relations Department will carefully discuss and review your group, and you will receive the results once a final decision has been made.
Rank Descriptions
[35] Fashion Assistant
Fashion Assistants are the first rank within the Management Team. Fashion Assistants host shifts at the homestore and ensure the Discord server remains a safe and enjoyable space by engaging with the community.
[20] Fashion Manager
Fashion Managers host shifts and minigame shifts at the homestore. They play a key role in maintaining a positive environment through active communication with the community.
[12] Fashion Coordinators
Fashion Coordinators are the most senior members of the Management Team. Along with hosting shifts and minigame shifts, they work with their preferred department by assisting with tasks.
[15] Executive Assistant
Executive Assistants actively complete tasks within their assigned department, either Operations, Relations, or Editorial. The nature of the tasks varies depending on the department. In addition to departmental duties, Executive Assistants also assist with moderating the Discord server and ensuring smooth operations within their assigned roles.
[9] Executive Board
Executive Board members are senior department members who have proven dedication to their assigned department. Executive Board members are responsible for contributing to moderation and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
[2] Operations Officer
Operations Officers are Co Leads of the Operations Department. They are responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks and ensuring their department runs efficiently.
[2] Editorial Officer
Editorial Officers are Co Leads of the Editorial Department. They are responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks and ensuring their department runs efficiently.
[2] Relations Officer
Relations Officers are Co Leads of the Relations Department. They are responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks and ensuring their department runs efficiently.
[3] Executive Director
Executive Directors lead their assigned department, either Operations, Relations, or Editorial. They manage departmental tasks and provide direction to their department, ensuring smooth operations.
