Pre-Release

Announcements

[2024/06/19] - Release Date: The game should be released somewhere in the range between June 25th, 2024 and September 1st, 2024

[2024/06/26] - Game Released: I am glad to say that the game can be released to the public after over one year of the start of its development. Although it is not in its purest form yet, it is a great glimpse of the potential that the game could turn into.

[2024/06/28] - Post-Release: After fixing some of the issues, I will probably stop development for a good while. Unless, I find motivation to expand it even further. During this period, I might continue to learn more aspects of ROBLOX Studio, or stop altogether.

[2024/07/04] - Mobile Update: Mobile support has been added to the game. It may look very weird, that’s because scaling text to fit for mobile is a bit messed up and made it look inconsistent compared to other labels. However, this will be improved later on. Happy Independence Day America.

[2024/07/17] - Introduction Screen & Future Development: Added an introduction screen to ward off potential players. It will be quite a long time until I will update this game again. Possibly, when I come back, I might add additional stuff to the departments (ex. Free Healthcare), and maybe some other issues (ex. Great Recession). Anyways, I will decide.

Questions and Answers

Q: How long have you been working on this?
A: Over a year.

Q: Could you have made this game smoother and better in terms of time and effort?
A: Definitely, if so I could have finished this game 3-12 months after development started.

Q: Why did you make this game?
A: 1. Most games on the platform in some way lack variety/creativity.
2. The game, Deterrence was cancelled, so it motivated me to make a project like this to show the
ROBLOX platform the need for games like Deterrence, or AirX (although I do look forward to
AeroX)
3. To entertain myself

Q: What is your advice to people that want to make a game like your game?
A: Do not feel pressured to do so. Everybody can do it if we are inspired from somebody. Oh yeah, assuming your game will succeed is as rare as winning the lottery, so have fun.

Q: Why is the title like that?
A: 1. To express that I made this game for fun.
2. To copy that old fashion spelling that most ROBLOX games from 2006 to 2012 used to possess.

Q: Will the game include mobile support?
A: Not in its first stages, that decision is dependent on its long-term popularity

Q: Are you concerned about your game’s popularity?
A: For gaining popularity, yes. Being a new developer, managing a huge fanbase is too much, especially with the things going on in life. It sets you up as a way for people to take advantage of your success. I would much rather have a fanbase of a few hundred. If it never gets a fanbase, so be it. I am proud of what I have done for myself. The ROBLOX algorithm doesn’t seem to promote more complicated and thorough games so its a sweet spot. For losing popularity, no that’s normal. It is why I never plan to develop for the rest of my life, only a puny fraction will get enough money to never work a day in their life. I decided to make it very long so others know my concerns before its release and compare it to after.
