In a shift you have to be promoted by the host.

LR ranks Trainee Crew Member, Junior Crew Member, Senior Crew Member and Management intern.
MR ranks Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager.
HR ranks Assistant Director, Director and Board of Director.
SHR ranks Junior Corporate, Senior Corporate and Head Corporate.

LR Is a normal worker.
MR,HR and SHR Is allowed to supervise.
What ranks can host sessions?
You must be Director+ to be able to host sessions.

LR is required to wear a uniform.
