Best and Most Recent GFX!

Hello everyone!
For this GFX, I decided to play around with the visual effects and filters. Every thumbnail I see has these cool effects that just elevate it to another level. Tell me, is this a step in the right direction?

Differences:

  • Dust particles
  • Cracks
  • Extra glow

I wish to add more to improve it.

YES, I am aware of the clipping in the leg. This image was made before I was conscious about my characters rig.

As always give me feedback and not just compliments/bad criticism.

Why do walls dot have bump like in roblox? Did u used blender rig? Give bends to limbs.

Hi! I would like to note that the crack seems like it doesn’t belong, and seems off, like, it doesn’t look like the pillar is actually cracked, but great job and keep up the good work!

That bottom one definitely looks better. As other people have stated, the cracks don’t look very realistic. Make them a dark brown colour and spread them out. Also, is that a tiered obby?

The rig looks a bit… stiff.
The cracks could have… been done in your rendering software.

Other than that good job!

I mean, looking at the background and that it says tier mid 14 I mean, maybe?

I haven’t used a rig yet…

As for this I don’t really understand. I’ll work on my materials later and will hopefully get to making them more realistic.

I’m removing them entirely actually.
Yes, this is a tiered obby. I didn’t realize actual obbyists were here lol

What he means is that in Roblox on max graphics materials have bumps. This can be replicated in blender quite easily.

I don’t play on max graphics and never do. Can you provide an example? I can’t join a game right now.

Your friend may say that, but others say it’s mid 14. To avoid conflict, I’ll choose to make it more general by doing something like “Tier 14.” I hope this fixes the problem in future GFX!

The effect is just there for show. It’s just to make the background look more interesting. This is for the YT thumbnail so gotta get clicks lol

Unfortunately, that’s part of my avatar. I’ll remove it in future GFX though.
