Best body mover to use for a sliding mechanic like this?

Hello, I am here to ask what the best “Body Mover” would be for a sliding mechanic similar to the one shown in the video.

Thanks in advance! (Sorry if this is in the wrong category. Also I made this post more than a year ago but got no response lol.)

Body Velocity, Linear Velocity etc

so you mean like the speed of the body traveling?

No I only want to know what body mover I should use to make my sliding system look similar to the video shown.

oh I see, but aren’t BodyMovers changed to Constraints Now?

I don’t think so since I am able to use a body velocity by just parenting it to the hrp (Humanoid Root Part)
