About Us
Welcome to the official handbook for Best Hotels. At Best Hotels we strive to give each guest a phenomenal, memorable experience! We are a united community who is friendly and welcoming to everyone. Best Hotels has always been an active group, with many open ranks for people to apply for. Our community was founded to bring new expectations to the industry. From stunning development, to outstanding service, our staff members of all ranks are working constantly behind the scenes to ensure our guests leave with nothing but amazing memories and want to return to our hotel.
Established in 2018 by penguinlift12, currently operated by LiamMigy and VitalHour.
Handbook Sections
Public Guidelines
Rules:
Swearing/Speech: We strongly prohibit any swearing or hate speech. This includes: insults, attacks, racism, homophobia, bypassing and more. Bypassing or using hate speech will result in a ban from your server.
Trolling/Toxicity: This includes, but is not limited to; disruptive behavior, hurtful speech, or purposefully being annoying. This will result in three warnings, followed by a server kick. If you rejoin and continue, you will be banned from your server. A warning should look like: WI/II/III | Username | Reason.
Advertising/Links: Advertising with bots to scam our community is strictly prohibited. If bots are sent to advertise in our games, they will be permanently banned from the game.
Personal Information: Sharing anyone’s personal information; email, social media, etc. is against our terms. If you proceed to share personal information, you will be permanently banned from the game.
Spam/Messaging: All messages should be sent appropriately, and should not be spammed. Additionally, messages should be respectful towards all members. Breaking this rule will result in an immediate ban from your server.
NSFW Content: NSFW messages, including Online Dating (OD) messaging in our games is against our rules. If you are Online Dating or sending NSFW messages in our game, we will permanently ban you from our games.
Roblox Terms: All of Roblox’s Terms should be followed in our game. If you break any Roblox Terms, you will be permanently banned from all of our games, and reported to Roblox for violating their User Terms.
Moderation Punishments:

Trolling:
Three warnings, then a kick. If rejoins and continues, a server ban will be issued by an HR+ in one of our servers. -
Spamming/Bypassing:
Spamming or bypassing will result in a ban from the server. Bypassing may be permanently banned depending on the moderator handling the situation. -
Exploiting/Glitching:
This will result in a permanent ban from all of our games, along with a report to Roblox.
Please Note: Some punishments/rules may not be included here. Check our communications server or game descriptions for more information. Additionally, staff guidelines can be found in our staff handbook.
Moderation Appeals
Game Appeals:
- Create ticket in Discord Server.
- Write your name, why you were moderated, what happened, and why it was wrong or should be undone.
- We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Discord Appeals:
- Contact an Executive Member directly.
- Write your name, why you were moderated, what happened, and why it was wrong or should be undone.
- We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please Note: If your appeal is denied, you may appeal again in 48 hours. If your appeal is accepted and you break rules and get moderated again, your appeal will be invalid.
Affiliate Information
Thank you for taking interest in forming a partnership with Best Hotels. Please note, before you attempt to apply for affiliation with our group, we have a procedure to go through. First, read and make sure your group meets our requirements. Next, send a member with the Public Relations Department role a document with the answered questions. With any questions, feel free to create a support ticket in our Community Server.
Requirements:
- Must be professional and active.
- Must have a Discord server for communicating.
- Must have at least 500 members.
- Must be honest and have great grammar.
- Must be in the same genre as us.
- Must actively communicate with us.
- Must submit and elaborate application.
- Must not have a bad reputation.
- Must have well behaved staff and be managed well.
- Must not be botted and have a good amount of staff.

- Describe your group in a detailed explanation.
- What is your group’s strongest feature? Weakest?
- What is your group’s name? Send a link to its Discord and Roblox.
- Who would be the two representatives in our server? Send their usernames and tags.
Department Descriptions

Staffing Department:
The Staffing Department is in charge of managing all staff members at Best Hotels. Users in this department are responsible for maintaining activity, terminations, disciplinary actions, suspensions, promotions, and other issues related to Staffing. -
Public Relations Department:
The Public Relations Department is in charge of managing affiliates and events. Users in this department are responsible for reading affiliate applications, planning events, and pretty much anything to do with affiliates or events. Public Relations also makes sure that our guests are satisfied and brings suggestions up to our management and development teams. -
Moderation Department:
Our Moderation Department is in charge of creating the Moderation Guidelines for our games and community platforms. Moderation also deals with appeals regarding moderation actions.
Rank Descriptions
Low Ranks (Limit: Infinite):
- AT | Trainee: A staff member in training.
- LR | Security: A guard at the hotel; in charge of protecting staff and guests from disruptive guests.
- LR | Receptionist: In charge of answering questions and checking guests in and out of rooms.
- LR | Head of Services: Highest Low Rank, participates in each LR job and is an MR in training.
Middle Ranks (Limit: 40 Each):
- MR | Senior Receptionist: First MR rank. Awarded to hard working receptions or application passers.
- MR | Senior Security: First MR rank. Awarded to hard working security guards.
- MR | Hotel Supervisor: First MR Rank that is graduated from an LR Rank. Supervises LRs.
- MR | Assistant Manager: Hotel Manager in training. Assists Manager(s).
- MR | Manager: Manages the hotel and makes sure everything is running well. Supervises.
High Ranks (Limit: 15 Each):
- HR | Senior Manager: Graduated from the MR Ranks. Is an HR in training.
- HR | General Manager: Assists in departments and managing the hotel. First officially graduated HR.
- HR | Mediator: Helps run departments with the leads. Training to become a lead.
- HR | Regional Manager: Begins to hold larger responsibility in group management. Training for SR.
Super Ranks (Limit: 5-10 Each):
- CSO | Chief Staffing Officer: Assists the department overseer in leading the Staffing Department.
- COO | Chief Operations Officer: Assists in all departments, getting ready for overseeing.
- VP | Vice President: Helps each department and oversees them.
- P | President: Makes sure all department operations are working smoothly.
Developer(s) (Limit: Infinite):
- NXD | Non-Executive Developer: Regularly develops for the group.
Executive Ranks: (Limit: 1-5 Each)

Session Details
Sessions are hosted when our HRs are free to host them. Please do not ask an HR to host, we regularly host when we are available. We do not currently have a set session schedule, and some days may have more or less sessions then others. Sessions are essential to climbing the ranks at our hotel. Applications are the first step to becoming staff members, trainings help you become an official member of our team, and shifts help you climb the ranks and maintain our healthy and comfortable community.
How to get a Job
Best Hotels is always hiring. We are currently seeking new individuals for every rank. To become a staff member, complete the following steps in numerical order.
- Join Best Hotels.
- Apply at Application Center.
- Follow all of the steps and answer each question.
- If you passed, congratulations.
- Attend a Training Session to rank up.
