Best solution to Arnold Fleck's character in-game?

Would it technically be possible to recreate this character (picture on the left) onto an Rthro rig without making itself look bad? Roblox, as of now does not support mesh deformations so it would make the character all stiffy when it comes to animating him and normal Roblox characters (R6 with/without packages) would make the game look extremely unrealistic. If I’m not able to recreate the character onto an Rthro rig, what are your suggested solutions? (this model is meant for one of my games that revolves around Joker, but due to copyright issues I might have to change the plotline up a bit while still using the same character design)
