I am making a subway map right now for my game, usually I just get some parts and layer then while lowering their transparency to make a fade out effect. I am not a big fan of this approach since there is obvious seams.
Is there any other way to do this? How do you guys fog out areas you don’t want players to see?
I might be weird, but I think it’s a bit visible that there black part in that tunnel? Like if you make it neon so it will be pitch black so environment wont affect it and it will look more darkness-looking?
