Best way to make Core animations? (Running, Jumping, etc...)

I’m curious on what you guys think is the best way to make Core animations for a R6 Rig. This is because, I’m not new to animating, but I don’t really like the way that my characters move whenever I try to animate then. And then I would eventually give up. So any tips?

you could use plugins like moon animator for animations, or even use thrid-party apps like Blender.
