Best way to reduce tris?

Yeah. In the end, I took the easy route and just looked up the vehicle in the toolbox and it came right up. Thanks for the answers though - Selected, your method worked, but of course it made the car look bad. And En, I couldn’t get yours to work. But thank you!

Yo what you can do is just export them as separate parts you can make different parts to export, is by selecting say like a wheel, you would want to select the full wheel then you press p then click by selection and this will make it, its own object and when you export on the right side in the properties click on selected only, while having the object selected.

try making all the car details a single object using p
then export them as selection only with the object selected

Hope that helps

I always split the model into many smaller ones if I exceed the triangle limit. For example if I have a car I would upload the tires and some high-quality parts (like look at the front of the car, that’s already a lot of triangles) separately and then weld them in studio to get around it. Also allows for way more customization like changing the front light color using scripts etc.

I’m not sure if you just want to import it into roblox without lag, or just want to import it to roblox but you could always import the wheels and headlights stuff like that with multiple meshparts
