Best way to Release a Game?

So I’m about to release my game, but I want to know the best way to release it. I would like to know things like:

Should I sponsor my game, if so how much should I spend.
Should I create adds?
etc…

So, how should I launch my game? What’s the best way to get user to play?
Thanks

Sponsoring/advertising your game is always a great option to increase player count.Sponsors bypass adblockers, thus more true impressions, but ads are less subtle. As I say to everybody, spending 10,000 ROBUX and up is the best option for effective advertising.

Before you launch your game, you need to make sure that it is interesting, so the people that find your game through ads will not only play once, but come back to your game cause they find it amusing. Also, be certain that your ads, game icons, and thumbnails are attractive. Trust me, it makes a difference.

Great Thanks, I’m currently working on my logo. I was thinking, to test the logo and the user engagement I would do a test sponsor, maybe 500 - 1K robux.
What do you think?

I would do both. In ads you need to use colors that catch people’s attention. Like red and yellow.

  1. This is more in making the game but think about what games that are on the popular page have. Like Adopt me, Bloxburg, and Royale high. They all have a form of RP. They also all have a form of money. Like Royale high has diamonds, Adopt me had like coins or something, I don’t know. They also all have different ways to get stuff besides using money. (Bloxburg has the daily rewards so I am counting that) Adopt has presents, Royale high has the wheel thing.

  2. Make sure your ads are targeted at the people who want to play your game. For example Adopt me would make an ad target at a younger audience since thats who would want to play. Include new updates in your ad. Like new items, Christmas stuff, Halloween stuff, etc.

  3. Before launching your game make sure it is 100% done and perfect. Check 15 times or more. Also release at the right time and start the ads on the right time. Do it on a weekend or breakish. Do it after 4:00 if it is a weekday. You need to target the most people who would be on Roblox. People go on after work/school and are usually off at school and work times.

Sorry that the first one was more building and updating stuff. I hope this helps.

That could be good, but don’t expect big numbers. So yeah, running a test advert, and checking the user playtime, and overall feedback is a nice idea.

In my experience, my game is tailored towards smaller-servers and thus requires a smaller amount of robux into ads. However, if you seek an effective launch of your game, ads only last for a day, so keep that in mind.

After the day, there is a rapid decline in player numbers. It is important to properly monetize your game in order to keep the ads going. It’s a perpetual cycle.

Just a little tip, instead of bumping a 2+ year old post you can just like the comment. It’s not too big of a deal, though still thought I’d tell ya.
