what is the best way to remove these voxels ?

I would just use the region tool in the terrain editor to select around the area, then just click delete. You could also use a Part-To-Terrain plugin and set the material to air but that’s just extra.
the thing is its so small that you cant see when you come closer but it’ll show up again when you far so I dont exacly know where is the voxel and there is tons of them
I guess your best bet would be to go far back where the LOD makes it larger, then just try to click on it with the subtract tool. You could also try painting over it with a different material, in some cases that makes set of voxels larger (rock for example).
