Best way to view the contents of a DataStore?

I’m looking for a user-friendly way to view the contents of a DataStore, preferably a free option where possible.
I want to just type the name of my DataStore and then have all entries displayed where I can edit/remove or even add entries on my own.
Does a solution like this exist?
