RANK INFORMATION

1 | Hotel Guest: This user has just joined the group and is eligible to interview/apply for a job.

2 | Rewards Member: This is given to people who are part of our rewards program, likely an affiliate or a former staff.

3 | Trainee: This is the rank given to those who have passed their interview/application and they are now eligible to go to a training.

LOW RANK

4 | Catering Staff: Tasked with catering to customers’ needs and serving food at the buffet.

5 | Security Guard: Protect the hotel from trollers/exploiters.

6 | Housekeeper: Provide information about the hotel & clean guest’s rooms.

7 | Receptionist: Give rooms out to guests

MIDDLE RANKS

ALL RANKS ARE EARNED AND NOT ASKED FOR.

8 | Head of Guest Services: In charge of all guest service-related concerns, should be helping out where needed.

9 | Head of Reception: In charge of the receptionists, should be helping around the hotel when needed.

10 | Assistant Management: Receives admin in the training center, and is able to help with hosting trainings. Should supervise at the hotel when they are there.

Expectations of an Assistant Management:

  • You will be able to review applications, you should read them daily.
  • You should use grammar & set a good example at all times
  • You have admin in the training center, please use it wisely or you will be demoted

HIGH RANKS

11 | Developer & Graphic Design: Builders hired by the Vice and Chairman.

12 | General Manager: First HR rank, in charge of reviewing applications, hosting trainings, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

13 | General Counsel: In charge of all internal and external affairs regarding Best Western.

14 | Vice-Chairman: Vice of Best Western.

15 | Chairman: Owner of Best Western.

EXPECTATIONS OF AN HR

In addition to the opportunity of being an HR, we hold a high expectation.

1 | You should always be reading and processing applications.
2 | You should host at least 2 trainings a week.
3 | Post trainings on the trello board.
4 | Do not cancel trainings once posted, instead, ask another HR to host or an Assistant Manager.
5 | Do not hold random gatherings & meetings without reasoning.
6 | You represent the group, ensure you are representing it well.

Not following these rules could result in a termination from your position.
