I currently have a minigame, the main objective is simple: You need to feed the noob by pushing the food to the bowl:
However, i have currently three ideas, and i don’t know which one can be choosen, here is a poll so you guys can vote:
The first idea: (Collaborative) You need to push all the food in the table to the bowl in a limited time, when all the food is in the bowl, everyone wins.
The second idea: (Competitive) Food is spawning, and you need to push the food to the bowl, the top players who gave the most food to the noob wins.
The third idea: Same as the second one, but to win you just need to give one fruit or vegetable.
It really depends on how tricky it is to push the fruits in the bowl. If it’s pretty easy to get them in, go for the second option, as it’ll make it more difficult for players to win over other players.
If it’s pretty hard to get the fruits in the bowl, do the first option. This makes it so people must work together to get the fruits in the bowl, lowering the difficulty to just the right level.
If you want everyone to focus on a couple of fruits, instead of fruits spawning, pick the third option. I’d imagine that this would be like musical chairs, where there is not enough chairs for everybody to sit, and people have to rush to the chairs. In this case, it’d be a couple of fruits, and players must put them in the bowl before others put it in.
I like the second idea because it sounds more fun to me in my opinion, also there should be multiple noobs and whoever brings their noob the most food wins. Just an idea.
Personally, I am very competitive, and it’s fun to compete against each other. I don’t really like teamwork because usually, I’m the one carrying the team just like group projects and Collaborative gets boring. It would be good to choose and alternate between the first and second, and that would make the game more interesting and more catchy.
