Big Models Not Aligning Correctly

This problem happens almost 75% of the time since today.

I am trying to align this but for some reason this happens:

I don’t know how to explain it but the video shows the bug if somebody could help me with this it would be appreciated. This problem started just now and It will ruin the looks of my game so I have stopped progress for now. I am in geometric mode and the game is not running. Note that this does not happen with other models

I have tried :

Restarting studio
changing move modes

so far half solution :

solution i have found is ungrouping the whole model and moving it as a selection

I ungrouped all the models inside the model and it aligned correctly with no bugs, I have no idea why this bug happend and should be fixed

EDIT: JUST HAPPENED AGAIN WITH THE SAME MODEL. I need help with this. I literally can’t progress through my game with this bug.

hey, in the modeling tab there is an option to move and next to it appears studs, put it in phalluses and you can move it freely

that’s why if you have it like this you won’t move well put it on false

I mean, in the blue pimp, click to make it false

Even when its false the bug still happens

Try and replacing model, or building new one, check out collision and join. Maybe it is model issue. Or try moving model parts separately. Maybe some parts sticking out.

wait. I just noticed it only happens when i try to align with this model. I dunno why this happens but ill remake that model and see if it works

edit: working now. Don’t know what was wrong with my other model

edit: now not working with other models

This is very absurd. Even when I try to switch between local and world the same thing happens. (video error)

Does model depends on game, like scripts and functions? If does try re-positioning it.
But if does not just put one small part and fill it that way, or scale down your move distance/length in studs.

the model has nothing it it to alter the movement and there’s nothing in workspace and it only happens when grouped, also i don’t really understand what you mean by put one small pat and fill it

You know, If model does not fid perfectly, just put a small part on top of it, or next to it(depends), just to fit that unfilled spot.

well the only solution i have found is ungrouping the whole model and moving it as a selection also double check the video you can see that somehow the parts inside the model go down farther so even if i filled the gap the model would still be glitched

Maybe there is a part inside part, if that is not the case just remake model.

Well for now i’ll just ungroup the model and move it in a selection which fixes it

It’s not the model that is wrong it’s your stud increment try and stay on the same increment I usually use an increment of 0.2, There is some construction math involved when building and placing models.

its not. i always put my stud increment on .5 or .1

and if you look closely you can see that the parts in the model are moving even though i selected the whole model and not that part
