BIllboard GUI Tornado

I am trying to create a billboard GUI tornado using this tutorial

BUT when I used the model or followed all the steps, it looked nothing like his version

I looked on youtube and the forum but I cant find anything except this on billboard gui tornados.

Could anyone explain how to make the billboard gui tornado? I do not need the sucking script, just to know how to make it look like a tornado, which he uses some script to do that does not work for me when I used it.

I think a key part to his info is

With that in mine, I did get a EF4 going, and it can even suck up a cow…

and I wanted some milk today, but oh well…

use scale to remove the resizing effect

Im not sure what fixed it, but I did use scale in my previous attempts. The resizing issue went away, but im not sure when.
