Billboard UI Text Scaling Issue

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

(ISSUE IS ABOUT RARITY, NOT NAME SCALING)
I am making an RNG game. The billboard I’m using to display auras used to work, but suddenly stopped.

  1. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!

If you’re too close to the billboard or too far away, and by this I mean over or under around 5 studs, the text starts zooming in/bugging out and disappears, leaves the box, or squishes together.

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?

I have checked the properties of the billboard and text label, and also played around with sizes. Making the billboard big vertically, horizontally, both, etc. Also, I did the same for the label. making it wide, bigger, and so on.
After that, you should include more details if you have any. Try to make your topic as descriptive as possible, so that it’s easier for people to help you!

only happens with large rarity text auras, but for them i make the box alot larger

i have found out that using rich text is the issue, as it glitches billboard uis. i was wondering how i could make my text italic or bold without rich text

nevermind, nvm i found out how to add bold using fontface
