Blank friend activity status on mobile app

Activity status of friends isn’t always visible on the home page when using the iOS Roblox Application.

Roblox App Version: 2.654.464 (latest)
iOS Software Version: 18.1 (latest)
Model Name: iPhone 14 Pro

You can join them and see the experience they’re in if you click their profile card, however it doesn’t display it under their name be default due to this bug. Example:

The name of the experience also appears to be missing in the profile card of the affected friends.

Expected behavior

All friends’ experience activity should be visible (except if their joins are turned off, of course)

This issue seems to have fixed itself for me and the people I know who were also affected. If anyone notices otherwise please do say before this post is closed.

Issue still occurs regularly.

I am still personally experiencing this issue on the Windows Desktop app and the Android app.

Hi! The team just tried to reproduce it but could not. Will close this for now as it seems fixed but please reach out if you experience it again.

I personally haven’t had it happening to me on my Android Mobile phone lately, however for your information, it still occurs on the Desktop and UWP apps on Windows, and it’s very easy to reproduce there. There were separate Bug Reports made for the issue on there too.

Nevermind what I said on my previous comment, just got the issue now. It seems to happen in random, there are no clear or specific reproduction steps. I just opened the Roblox app and the issue was there.
