The item “Blazing Frost Crown” is a member of the Ice Crown series which are known for being transparent. But unlike the other ice crowns it isn’t transparent
Expected behavior
To have it updated to be transparent like the other ice crowns.
This is an intentional design choice, not a bug.

Are there any actual indicators you noticed that imply this item was designed to have transparency? The item is obviously based around the Ice Crown series, but that doesn’t mean it was designed with transparency in mind.

This could be the case but than again The Fire Crown (another spinoff to the Ice Crown series) is also transparent
It is actually not a member of the Ice Crown series; it was merely modeled after it by request from the developers who earned it
