Blender 2.8 render issue

Hello, thank you for taking the time with assisting me. When I starting editing my graphic, I can only see the rig. I purposely turned off the Planes as it is apart of what I am rendering, how can I fix this easily and simply?

Also, I am using the ROBLOX MAN RIG.

Do you have any lighting objects in your scene? It looks like you’re using the cycles rendered view, so you’ll need to add lights by pressing Shift+A and inserting them into the viewport

How would I insert lighting into a viewport?

If you press Shift+A and mouse over the “Light” category, you can insert different types of lights into the scene and adjust their properties when selected

Did inserting a light object work? I don’t understand what that screenshot is meant to communicate

It is still showing the rig itself, not the thing. However, when I click transparent it makes both the character and the background transparent, and when I unclick it. It does not show the actual texture, I tried multiple times to fix it, not working.

Looks like you accidently enabled masking? can you show the file/object panel where all the objects are located at?

One moment.

Can you try going up and try clicking on this?

and show me what you see?

Click the rectangle with circle and show me the panel again with the rig.

The issue can only be either with lighting or materials—as seen in one of the original photos, the mesh covers the viewport grid:

Either the original lighting instructions are not being followed properly, or the material was overwritten

It could be that, or it could be rendering issue (when it lags, happens in cycles) or holdout:

Hard to tell honestly.

When it’s transparent, the rig also turns transparent, so maybe it is that, how do you fix it?

Can you show the entire panel

its hard to see when half of it is hidden, also make sure the hideout option view is enabled so we can see if its being masked out.
